1. Who We Are

Contzilla is an AI-powered marketing automation platform that helps businesses plan, generate, and publish social media content. Contzilla is operated by All AI Solutions, MB, a company registered in Lithuania (company code 306405193), with registered address at Alksnių g. 12, Parąžės k., LT-97220 Kretingos r., Lithuania.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly

• Account information: name, email address, password (encrypted), business name
• Content you create: photos, videos, captions, brand assets, logos, and other materials you upload or generate using the Service
• Payment information, processed securely by our payment provider (we do not store full card details)

Information from connected third-party accounts

When you connect your Facebook Page or Instagram Business account via Meta's OAuth login, we receive and store:

• Your Page/account name and ID
• An access token that allows us to publish content on your behalf, at your direction
• Basic profile information (name, profile picture) associated with the connected account

We only request the minimum permissions necessary to schedule and publish posts to the accounts you explicitly connect. We do not access your personal Facebook profile, friends list, or private messages.

Information collected automatically

• Usage data: pages visited, features used, actions taken within the Service
• Device and browser information: IP address, browser type, operating system
• Cookies and similar technologies, used for authentication and basic analytics

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
• Generate AI-powered content suggestions, captions, and visuals based on your input
• Publish content to your connected social media accounts, only as and when you authorize
• Communicate with you about your account, updates, or support requests
• Improve and develop new features
• Detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or abuse
• Comply with legal obligations

4. AI Processing

Contzilla uses third-party AI models (including Google Gemini and similar providers) to generate captions, content ideas, and images based on the information and assets you provide. Content you submit for AI processing may be sent to these providers solely to generate the requested output. We do not permit these providers to use your content to train their models beyond what is necessary to provide the service, where such control is available to us.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:

• With Meta (Facebook/Instagram): to publish content to accounts you've connected, as directed by you
• With service providers: companies that help us operate the Service (hosting, database, AI processing, payment processing, email delivery), bound by confidentiality obligations
• For legal reasons: if required by law, regulation, legal process, or government request
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you

5a. Meta Platform Data (Facebook & Instagram)

When you connect a Facebook Page or Instagram Business account, Contzilla receives and stores the following Meta Platform Data solely to publish content on behalf of the user who connected the account:

• The list of Facebook Pages you administer
• Each Page's name, ID, and profile picture
• Instagram Business account ID, username, and profile picture linked to those Pages
• A long-lived access token that authorises publishing to the accounts you selected

We do not sell this data, do not share it with advertisers, and do not use it to build cross-service user profiles. We only use it to (a) show you the accounts you connected, and (b) publish the posts you scheduled to those accounts.

5b. Sub-processors

Contzilla relies on a small number of infrastructure providers to run the Service. Each processes personal data only on our instructions:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage for account data, brand assets, and generated content.
• Cloudflare — serverless runtime and content delivery network that serves the website and executes scheduled publishing jobs.
• Google (Gemini) — AI model provider used to generate captions and images from the inputs you supply.
• Stripe — payment processing for paid plans (we never store full card details).
• Meta Platforms — recipient of the content you schedule, when you publish to a connected Facebook Page or Instagram Business account.

6. Data Retention & Deletion (Meta / Facebook / Instagram)

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law (e.g., financial records).

How to disconnect Facebook & Instagram and delete the data we received from Meta:

1. Sign in to Contzilla and go to Settings → Connect social accounts.
2. Click the Disconnect Facebook & Instagram button shown above the Facebook / Instagram cards.
3. Confirm the prompt. Contzilla will (a) call Meta's Graph API (DELETE /me/permissions) to revoke our app's access — the app will disappear from your Facebook → Settings → Apps and Websites list — (b) delete every connected Page and Instagram Business account across all your brands, (c) delete the long-lived user access token we stored for you, and (d) cancel any pending scheduled posts that targeted those accounts.

You can also revoke access directly on Facebook at any time by going to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites and removing "Contzilla". Doing so has the same effect: our stored tokens become invalid and no further data is collected from your Meta account.

If you'd like us to delete all remaining data associated with your account, email privacy@contzilla.app from the address on file and we will process the request within 30 days.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent)

8. Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security review. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, where some of our service providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for such transfers.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect Service functionality.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice within the Service.
