Terms of Service

1. What Contzilla is

Contzilla is a social media content platform for small businesses and agencies. It lets you plan, generate, schedule, and publish marketing content to the Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts you connect and control.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

3. Connected Meta accounts

To publish content, you connect your own Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts using Facebook Login. You represent that you have the authority to publish to every account you connect. Contzilla only publishes content you have approved, at the times you scheduled. You can revoke our access at any time — see the Data Deletion page.

4. Your content

You retain all rights to the text, images, brand assets, and other materials you upload or generate ("Your Content"). You grant Contzilla a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and transmit Your Content solely to provide the Service — including passing it to the AI models we use to generate captions and images and to Meta when publishing.

You are responsible for Your Content. You must have the rights to use it and it must not infringe any third party's rights or violate any law, including Meta's Community Standards and Platform Terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Contzilla to:

• Publish content that is illegal, deceptive, harassing, or infringing
• Impersonate another person or business
• Publish to accounts you do not administer or do not have permission to publish to
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service, its AI providers, or Meta's APIs
• Resell the Service without our written permission

6. Plans and payment

The Free plan lets you generate and preview content without publishing. Paid plans (currently Pro at €19 per month) unlock publishing and scheduling to your connected accounts. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Third-party services

Contzilla relies on third-party platforms that have their own terms — most notably Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram). Your use of those platforms via Contzilla is also governed by their terms. Contzilla is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc.

8. AI-generated content

Captions and images generated by Contzilla are produced by AI models based on the inputs you supply. You are responsible for reviewing every generated output before publishing it. AI can make mistakes; you must not treat outputs as factually verified.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially violate these Terms, use the Service to violate Meta's policies, or expose the Service to legal risk. You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid.

10. Warranties and disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that publishing to Meta will always succeed, that generated content will meet your expectations, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Contzilla and All AI Solutions, MB will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may change the Service and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or a notice within the Service. Your continued use after the change means you accept the new Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes will be brought before the competent courts of Lithuania, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you under the law of your country of residence.
